Join our morning or evening Cardio Tennis program!

  • Get a great workout while meeting new friends at all levels of ability!
     
  • Classes are offered in the early morning and evening every day.
     
  • Polar heart rate monitors are provided to class participants -
    you may also purchase your own from the pro shop at our own special price.
     
  • If this is your first time participating, please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to set up your heart rate monitor.
