Fast-Paced Beginning Clinics for all ages.

Clinics are designed to give you the foundation and confidence to keep balls in play

You can find the appropriate class in the Milpitas Activity Guide, and register online.

There's a clinic appropriate for any level player at any age.

Clinics include both a Cardio and Anaerobic workout.

Private lessons and semi-private rates are $65 an hour. A package of 6 is available for $375.

Specialty 90-minute clinics are available for team workouts and private groups. Pricing is $30 a person for a 3 and me, and $22 per head if there is 4 or more.
